Thank you for your reply. I am using Windows 8.1 64-bit. But I don’t know how to change the USB boot driver. I have tried to open the device manager and enable another device but it won’t work. I can not disable the USB boot driver.

The actual issue for me and many other people was that the BIOS was set to UEFI, which, instead of being able to load windows as the default OS, only allowed for loading from a USB drive in uefi mode. Since my motherboard only had USB 2.0, so could not boot from USB 3.0, I was unable to load windows.
